It’s our goal that you are satisfied with every purchase from us. Nevertheless, if you get a product that is damaged or has a defect, we will assist you with an exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange
We take such products back or exchange them in cases where they are damaged, defective, or wrong.
To be eligible:
- The item has to be reported within two days of delivery.
- The product must be in such good shape that it cannot be identified as used, must not have been used, and must be in its original packing.
- Clear pictures or footage have to be provided that demonstrate the damage.
- A receipt or order confirmation is necessary.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Products that are not damaged.
- Used, washed, or worn products.
- Dissatisfaction related to the packaging (box dents and courier wear & tear that does not affect the product).
- Discounted items or gift cards.
How to Make an Exchange Request
- For reporting a faulty item, please contact us at the email address ruchsofficial@gmail.com and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Images/videos of the defective item
- Short description of the problem
Your application will be considered by our team, and you will be informed in case your exchange is approved.
Exchange Process
In the event that your return request gets accepted:
- The next steps regarding the product return will be revealed to you.
- A similar product in terms of value will be sent when the damaged product is received and confirmed.
- You will not be refunded with money in any situation. Only product exchanges are possible for eligible cases.
Damages & Issues
It is very important to inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. In case you get a damaged, defective, or wrong item, let us know within two days so that we can fix the issue quickly.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items.
- Products that are intact.
- Items that can no longer be returned because they are used or worn.
- Items that do not have their original tags or packaging.
- Items that were on sale and gift cards.
- Orders that were personalised/custom-made.
